Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

United States	7–13 Business Days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example:

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Shipping Time: 7–13 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on All Orders Within the United States.

Any available expedited shipping options and associated charges will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Garcia Mall is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
