30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@garciamall.shop. If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping details.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Garcia Mall will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is requested for reasons other than product defects, including but not limited to:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
